But I also just found an error: It says on p. 86 that Patrick Philbin went to Harvard College and Yale Law School. That is wrong: I went to Yale College with him in the late 1980s and saw him at Harvard Law School when I was there as a grad student in the early 1990s. This should be corrected in a paperback edition. I just started reading this book and find it fascinating.
